I placed an order with Shelly, the wrong item was sent to me. I contacted her to let her know and she said all she can do is to give me $10 discount towards my next purchase with her. I declined and ask her to send me the correct item and I will return the wrong one to her. She replied that shipping a new one out to me and the wrong one back to her will cost them too much for shipping and handling. So she refused to send me the correct one and I am stuck with something I didn’t even want but I had to keep it. $25 down the drain! Now for her products- her “designer” sunglasses and jewelry are the worst quality ever. The “designer” sunglasses are made of plastic and so were the “designer” jewelries. The piece of jewelry she sent me wasn’t even the one that I ordered, rather, it was for a toddler because it was the so small, I can’t even wear it. And why is it yellow?! Even though I have $10 credit with Shelly, I am not going to purchase with them anymore. How can she get two out of two orders wrong? Was this intentional? Perhaps. Maybe she’s just trying to get rid of all those cheap products and willing to lose my business with her. Awful customer service, horrible products, dreadful experience, my biggest regret on TikTok ever!

What I like about Emily and Carl is they treat you like VIP. I could shop anywhere, but I love the attention they give their customers and you can’t get that everywhere. Products are good quality and you will be happy with your products.
