I sent pictures to seller for a specific bracelet. She claims she will get it in two days and will ship it to me. When I received the bracelet, it was a different design and the size is so small that it seems to fit for toddlers. The material feels like plastic. This is the first product I had issue with. Secondly, I ordered a brown make-up kit that the seller even took a screenshot of right before shipping. Upon receiving, the makeup kit was white. Completely NOT what I ordered. I told her to give me a return shipping label for me to send it back to her, she said it’ll be too expensive for her to provide me with return label and told me to keep the one that I did not order and give me $10 discount towards my next order. I had no intentions to order from her again so I said no, just send me the brown one that I ordered. She refused. Few days later, I received a message from her asking me to send the white makeup kit to one of her customers that live around here. The nerve of her! I just ignored it of course. Wow, the entitlement these people have just because they mark their prices lower than those here in the US, it doesn’t mean I want your garbage. Keep these trash for yourself and your other customers. BTW, I also purchased a sunglasses from her which she claims as “great quality” and I have yo say that the pair of sunnies is absolutely the worst piece if crap I’ve ever ordered. She is such a lying piece if work and don’t believe when she claims her products are of high quality. Everything is just trash.
